How much does Algarve Holiday Rentals charge to search for available rentals?There is no charge to search Algarve Holiday Rentals for available rentals anywhere in the Algarve. The property managers have paid a listing fee to place their rentals on Algarve Holiday Rentals for you to explore. Can Algarve Holiday Rentals check the rate/availability of a rental?Algarve Holiday Rentals has an availability calendar in all properties listed. That calendar is managed by the property manager. Can Algarve Holiday Rentals arrange a booking for me?Algarve Holiday Rentals does not handle any bookings or reservations. Potential renters will need to contact the property manager directly through their listing to do this. We do advise a recommended operator to handle bookings or reservations, you can visit www.teetimes.pt or send an email to info@teetimes.pt or call them on 289 300 680. How do potential renters contact the property manager?Located on each listing is the contact information that the property manager supplied when they created their listing. To contact the manager via email, you can use the 'Contact the Owner' form located on each listing. Upon completing this form, an email will be sent to the manager with your inquiry. Most managers respond to email inquiries within 24 hours. How do I find out the property managers email address?Algarve Holiday Rentals takes every measure to ensure the managers that use our service are not solicited with unwanted spam email. This is why we do not publicly display this information. However, you may contact the manager via email using the 'Contact the Owner' form located on each listing. Does Algarve Holiday Rentals warrant or verify information shown for each rental?All information shown on the listing is provided by the property manager and is deemed reliable but should be independently verified. Algarve Holiday Rentals provides this service without representations or warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. Do you use our personal information or email address for other purposes?Algarve Holiday Rentals will not sell or distribute your personal information or email address to any third party. How do I change my email address, password, or member profile information?This information can be changed by accessing your 'Edit Personal Details' on the Owners Management System. By clicking this you can review our listing rates and start the process of adding your property to Algarve Holiday Rentals. What forms of payment does Algarve Holiday Rentals accept?Algarve Holiday Rentals accepts Visa and Mastercard for your payment convenience. Are there any additional fees or commissions charged on bookings?Algarve Holiday Rentals does not collect a commission or fee on bookings created through our service. When will my listing be added after I complete the listing process?Your listing will be available on our website after our team reviews and accepts the property listing, if it respects our "Terms of use". Can I make changes to my listing after submission?You have complete 24/7 access to update/edit your property for as long as it's listed with Algarve Holiday Rentals. The changes you make are then immediately reflected in your listing. What guidelines apply to adding a property listing?Algarve Holiday Rentals has a few listing guidelines to ensure the integrity of our service. These guidelines are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
Can I advertise multiple properties in a single listing?Each listing on Algarve Holiday Rentals must reflect a single property. Any listings that are found to violate this guideline will immediately be removed. How do I extend my Individual Listing from expiring?You may renew your listing at anytime. Just contact us through email to renew. Do I get a reminder when my listing is getting ready to expire?Yes, our system will send you a notification just prior to your listing's expiry date as well as when your listing has expired. Is there a direct website address for my listings?Yes, there is a direct link to each property you have listed with Algarve Holiday Rentals. Once you are on your property listing, the address that is shown in your browser is your listing's permanent website address. You are free to bookmark this and distribute it on any promotional material you may have.
